Constant pain from fibromyalgia take lyrica (pregabalin) but do on't help with muscle so ssasms any suggestions?

Muscle relaxants: Lyrica (pregabalin) is more of a nerve blocking agent for treatment of the fibromyalgia. If you have concomitant muscle spasms, perhaps a muscle relaxant will help with those symptoms (eg. Flexeril, robaxin, Soma or even baclofen) just be careful due to the increased drowsiness side-effect of both medications, which may increase dramatically if used together.
