How could i restart my meds of fibromyalgia because of recurrence of symptoms.i used to take effexor&lyrica 75mg each/day.how titrate from lower doses?

Effexor is often titrated, at least the xr formulation, beginning at 37.5 for one week, then 75mg for one week before further titration depending on the target dose.

See below: The most conservative route is to start at 12.5 mg Effexor for 5-7 days then go to 25 mg for 5-7 days then to 75 mg. You can do the same thing with lyrica, (pregabalin) though frankly you may well be able to start it right at 75 mg.
