Resume dose of meds.: The combination of Lyrica (pregabalin) and Effexor both help relieve the symptoms of fibromyalgia which is pain and depression. This an example of "chicken and the egg" saying because we don't know what came first the depression then the pain or vice versa and the dosage that your doctor prescribe are low in comparison with the average dose for this condition and maybe meant as a maintenance dose

MORE EFFEXOR (venlafaxine): If you can tolerate a higher dose than 75mg, this could be helpful. Actually, dosing between 225-300 mg has been shown to be the most helpful for pain. If you cannot tolerate this high dosing of effexor/venlafaxine, consider cymbalta (duloxetine). This works similarly to effexor, and is usually faster/easier to get to target dose (90-120mg for pain).
