Ct results: "ankle joint effusion extending into posterior ankle joint recess, larger than previous ct scan" what will the surgery be to fix?

Can't tell.: Based on the info all i know is that you have some joint fluid in your ankle. That alone is not an indication for surgery.

Effusion: is fluid in the joint space, usually due to inflammation. If the ankle is otherwise normal, the treatment is not surgical.

No surgery: The cause of the effusion needs to be determined first. Surgery is not indicated in the case currently.
