Not really: The reason you had ectopic is because the tube was damaged. If your other tube is completely blocked then you can't get an ectopic there. A hysterosalpingogram xray can provide you with an answer regarding the viability of the remaining tube. You are at high risk for another ectopic in the remaining tube.
