Benefits of bananas: Bananas are a good source of potassium, b vitamins, vitamin c and magnesium. Bananas don’t contain any fat or cholesterol. A remedy for a mosquito bite – rub the bite with the inner part of banana skin to v swelling/ irritation. Bananas contain tryptophan which becomes converted to serotonin. So eating a banana might lift your mood. Eating a banana might also help v heartburn.
