Eat breakfast.: Breakfast is an important meal, and should not be replaced by a smoothie or other meal replacement. If you're strapped for time, you can do it on rare occasion, but not as a typical breakfast. Eat healthy solid breakfast foods.

Depends what's in it: Studies show that a good breakfast is necessary for cognition, learning, weight loss, insulin sensitivity. Bananas are a good starting ingredient for a smoothie if you want one.
