?: The question is somewhat vague. Not your fault, as it is what you observe, but it could be a simple explanation: it could be a supernumerary tooth (extra tooth), it could be a significantly late eruption of of a successor adult tooth (retained baby teeth), or it could be something else entirely which should be differentially diagnosed by a maxillo-facial surgeon.
