Consult in order: More information is needed in order to give you a better answer. It could be a supernumerary (extra) tooth, previously impacted tooth, crowded out tooth or something else. We cannot say without an exam and x-rays. I suggest that you see a dentist in order to evaluate your situation and discuss your treatment options.

?: The question is somewhat vague. Not your fault, as it is what you observe, but it could be a simple explanation: it could be a supernumerary tooth (extra tooth), it could be a significantly late eruption of of a successor adult tooth (retained baby teeth), or it could be something else entirely which should be differentially diagnosed by a maxillo-facial surgeon.

Get Evaluated: An orthodontist can determine which teeth need to be moved and if any need to be extracted so that your smile can be picture perfect. Make an appointment to find out what options pertain to your malocclusion.
