Nerve Entrapment: You may have nerve entrapment in the areas of surgery. This problem can be treated but must first be pinpointed to the precise location. You will need a lower extremity nerve conduction study. Consult a neurologist. Then find an experienced plastic surgeon who performs lower extremity reconstruction to help.

It can: Scar tissue can entrap or put excessive pressure on nerves in area which can cause these symptoms. Often physical therapy and injections are used to break up scar tissue and free nerve.
