Yes, no interactions: It is wise to take probiotics while on antibiotics & saccharomyces boulardii (which is what you are probably taking) is a good choice. Bilberry is a wonderful antioxidant. Neither one is known to interfere with minocycline. You might want to investigate whether sensitivities to gluten or other foods are aggravating your condition. B complex, zinc, vit e and fish oil might also help.
