Heads up: I think we may already have met. As a pathologist / specialist in lab medicine, i would suspect that one or the other was a lab error. The ANA is a very easy test to do wrong. Your rheumatologist knows this and will evaluate the data as it comes in, bearing this possibility in mind. Be strong and smart, keep learning and stay proactive.
