Yes.: Minocycline can be helpful in the treatment of perioral dermatitis, yes. You also should discontinue the use of any topical steroid medications and thick facial creams that you might be using. As for "natural remedies", that's one of my pet peeves; arsenic and cyanide are natural. Just because something is "natural" does not necessarily mean it is safe or effective, or even a remedy.
