No worries: Pcos is still not totally understood, but it is a imbalance in female hormones. A lot of women have this condition and don't have ovarian cyst that can be seen with imaging, only on surgical microscopic inspection of the tissue. Solution? Natural hormones (bhrt) can me a miracle. See an expert on this. Laser hair removal is wonderful.
