My baby is 11 weeks old i breastfeed & formula feed but when i give him more formula he goes 1 1/2 with a stool. shold i chage formula?

Probably not : A slight change in stooling is not a sufficient reason to change formula.

Formula fed: Formula fed babies have a different stooling pattern; this is normal. If your baby is growing and gaining weight, you are doing fine. If breastfeeding more works for you, the stooling is likely to be more frequent.
