? as much ?: As an infant gets older they will often space out their feeds and become more efficient in stripping the breast. They commonly empty 80%/ each side in 5 min and >90% by 10min. Some infants don't crave the cuddling & would prefer to be done with both & get on with life. If the kid is alert /filling out and wetting diapers well there is no need to supplement.
