Yes: All adults caring for your baby should have received their tdap vaccine (tetanus and pertussis booster).  all household members should also get a seasonal flu vaccine.

YES: Yes, part of a good vaccination schedule is intended not just to protect those who get the vaccines, but also all those around the person getting the vaccine. Pertussis is a great example of that. Adults should get a tetanus shot called tdap, which includes pertussis protection. This helps prevent spread from adults to more susceptible infants. Get a flu shot yearly as well!
