Rotavirus vaccine: According the Center for Disease Control Vaccine Information Statement. minor problems after rotavirus vaccine include irritability, or mild, temporary diarrhea or vomiting. Serious problem after vaccine that occurs 1 in 20,000 to 1 in 100,000 is intussuception which presents as signs of stomach pain along with severe crying.
