On: On average Botox provides results for 3-6 months. Botox injections may be repeated at 3 months in cases in which the effect is weakening. It should only be done at 2.5 months if the initial dose was not enough or a similar reason.

Botox: If you have muscle motion back then yes. The goal is to attenuate the contraction of the targeted muscle. Typically it takes 3-4 months before re-treatment is desired but in some it may be faster. There is no safety concern.
