Sometimes!: It is overall a well designed product! it may alo help with post lasik dry eyes, but i would not hang my hat on hat!

Possibly: There are different theralife supplements. The one specifically promoted for dry eye (eye enhanced) is a combination of vitamins which may be good for the eyes, but not specifically for dry eye, that I am aware of. However, the fish oil supplement may be good for dry eye in that it may improve the oil layer of the tear film, but any omega-3 supplement might accomplish this. Takes time to work.
