Dry eye: I recommend 2 gm twice daily. Almost all post-lasik dry eye resolves with time. Just give it time and lubricate and treat in the meantime.

Should get better: Dry eye is a well recognized issue that can be made worse by lasik surgery. With treatment and time, most cases do improve. You need to make sure that the fish oil you are taking is of a high quality and its better absorbed by your body if its in the triglyceride form. Check the labels carefully. Two brands to look for: prn and nordic naturals.
