Artificial tears: I would use artificial tears frequently, every 1-2 hours, avoiding generic brands that contain BAK which can be toxic. Also take omega 3 fatty acids (3000 - 4000 mgm per day and drink plenty of water. Also, you may try punctual plugs or Restasis. Most dry eyes after LASIK are temporary so your prognosis should be good.
