No, yes: Very small difference, the difference in the vision very well may be dye to dryness. The vision can still change and stabilize after 2-3 months. Use the artificial tear drops as frequently as needed.

LASIK : You are doing perfectly and your fuzziness is most likely due to dry eye. Try artificial tears, ointment at night, warm compresses, and fish oil supplement. With time, you will do great!
