No: First of all, it is not likely that you will get dry eyes with lasik. If you are among the few who do, then there are very effective treatments for it. Don't let the fear of an infrequent and easily treated problem keep you from having your laser procedure. If you have dry eye symptoms, you should start treatment before you have lasik.

Dry eye: Dry eye should be treated preoperatively to endure optimal outcome. If you have dry eye, Restasis and plugs preop are probably a good idea. Dry eye is common in the first month or two but is rarely a problem long term.
