About: About 1 hour start to finish. Speak to your own dentist about all the different tooth whitening treatment options available. I personally prefer the take home tooth whitening gels in custom fabricated trays for most patients.

About 90 minutes: It usually takes about 90 minutes for the entire procedure. The treatment process is divided in three individual applications of the whitening gel. Each application is of approximately 20 minutes. The patient’s teeth are exposed to the whitening light! teeth whitening system for a total of 60 minutes. The pre and post treatment procedures account for the remaining 30 minutes.
