Prilosec for acid: A proton pump inhibitor such as Prilosec or Prevacid (both available without rx) will help with the acid reflux (as would histamine blockers such as zantac (ranitidine) or pepcid). Antacids such as maalox or mylanta will help to buffer acid as well. For the sores on the tongue glyoxide or orabase or oragel may help to heal.

Topical anesthetic: This could be from the acid reflux. Try applying topical anesthetic like orajel for pain relief. I would also consider an evaluation by your dentist. It is also possible this may not be related to the acid reflux.
