Herpes: Based on your other question you have posted, it appears that you are aware that the blisters are Herpes eruptions. In that case, you need to be on antiviral meds such as Acyclovir • Famciclovir • Valacyclovir.

Not herpes: Herpes heals in 1 or 2 weeks. Herpes, except for an initial attack, is limited to a small area. It is not "around" the mouth. See a dermatologist for a precise diagnosis.
