Very possible: Sure, it's called referred pain. However, make sure that it is referred pain and not just other teeth that also need treatment. Discuss this with your dentist to be sure.

Yes: Yes, pain in one tooth can make it feel like the teeth beside it are hurting or even teeth in the opposite dentition. The teeth nerves are interconnected which can lead to referred pain. I like to say the nerves get confused about where the pain is coming from. Dental exam and xrays can determine the exact tooth or teeth that are causing the pain.

Very common: Very common for dental pain to affect perception of pain is surrounding teeth. Sometimes hard for patient to tell which tooth in an area is the diseased tooth. When the affected tooth is treated, the sensations in the surrounding teeth should improve.
