Get to a dentist: Hard to say why your teeth are breaking so easily- grinding, clenching, decay, poor hygiene, etc. You need to be proactive, see a dentist and repair the broken teeth and learn to take care of of all the teeth. If grinding/clenching- find out the source and hopefully solve the issue and consider a possible mouthpiece to protect the teeth after treatment is complete.

Examination: Are you seen by a dentist regularly? Do you go to see a dentist after your teeth chip and break? What does your dentist say the problem is and how are the teeth restored? Are the teeth healthy or are there cavities? This problem needs evaluation... call your dentist for an appointment.
