Had deep cleaning 2 weeks ago on 4 front bottom teeth. one tooth is now sensitive to the touch if i touch the top of the tooth.. only hurts if you bother it. what could be causing this? thank you.

Painful Teeth: It would be best to know the condition of the teeth and bone support before trying to diagnose your issue. It could just be a bit of sensitivity following the cleaning, or it could even be periodontal problems. Your dentist examined you and treated you... for a definitive answer, ask them.
