No: You need to see a dentist for an abscessed tooth. The er will only be able to prescribe medication and until the source of the infection is treated by a dentist with a root canal or extraction, the abscess will not go away.

No: Most er's will only prescribe antibiotics for the infection. They do not have dental operatories.

Probaby not: The er will give you antibiiotics and referr you to an oral surgeon or dentist. If the abscess is sever and you have facial swelling, they may admit you and consult an oral and maxillofaical surgeon.
