Very little.: Unfortunately, the only options you have are 1) try to control the pain immediately with painkillers-- anti-inlammatories such as aspirin, Motrin (ibuprofen or aleve), naprosyn, etc. Which don't make you woozy or sleepy, or, if you're not needing to be sharp, you can use tylenol (acetaminophen) with Codeine or similar product. Also take an antibiotic if you cannot touch the tooth without pain. 2)see a dentist.
