Phone call: You'll need to call a local dentist to make an appointment. There are absolutely no diy dental techniques for restoration of teeth with cavities. In the meantime take otc pain meds and gently keep the offending tooth clean.

See a dentist ASAP: If you have a toothache, you may have a cavity, wisdom teeth or advanced gum disease. A tooth pain won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. You can use NSAID OTC or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain control. See a dentist ASAP for assessment.
