Beyond teeth: sometimes, infections in sinus, ears or even migraines can cause referred pain in teeth. If the teeth are cleared, a thorough Head and neck exam would be the next step. the Dr will check your ears, nose, throat and neck for anything unusual. Control pain for now with acetaminophen or ibuprofen

Toothache: If there is nothing wrong, why prescribe antibiotics? Antibiotics are for an infection, and since you probably do not have an infection, they did nothing. Deep filling in tooth? Possible fracture? If maxillary tooth, sinus issues? Please see an endodontist for a second opinion.
