No: You should be numb if having a tooth out and pain should not be any more with braces than without. It is much more difficult for a dentist to remove a tooth with braces in the way, so coordinating with the orthodontist helps. They can remove your wire for the extraction.

No more than without: Interestingly enough, if the tooth to be extracted has been moved or teeth adjacent to that one have been moved with braces, then the tooth may be somewhat loose and easier to extract. Discomfort with extractions with and without braces can typically be handled with dental anesthesia, analgesics, warm salt water rinses, and soft diet.

No: Over the years many of my adult patients, who required extractions to facilitate their Orthodontic care, have told me that the extractions were less bothersome than the braces, and you've already been through that. Local anesthesia should make you quite comfortable.
