How long does it take to reverse b12 deficiency? i just started taking vitamins a week ago and am seeing some improvements but very slowly.

Slowly months: Depending on the route of intake it varies. B12 is better absorbed in most through intramuscular injection and then under the tongue. If you're really low <200 orally it'll take a couple of months most likely if your absorption is normal and with injection 4-6 weeks if injected weekly.
