Yes: Depends where the kidney stone is. If it is in the renal pelvis or bladder and not sufficiently irritating the lining of the kidney, ureter (kidney to bladder), urethra (bladder to outside), there may be no visible blood. Often, a simple urine dip test done in your physicians office will be able to detect microscopic blood in your urine. Are you having flank pain or painful urination? See your doc.
