Need evaluation: Blood urine may be due to stones, but it is not prudent to make that assumption and you should consult your doctor. Your lightheadedness may be due to anemia and that would all the more reason to be evaluated.

Blood in urine: Given that you have 3 kidney stones, it is likely that the hematuria is because of the stones. Absence of pain is unusual but not unheard of. Other poss include cyst or tumor. Ultrasound would show these. And then a renal disease can bleed, such as glomerulonephritis. A check with ultrasound and U/A and blood work asap is warranted.
