Cystocele: Perhaps you have a cystocele aka anterior prolapse or prolapse of your bladder. Your Family Doc or GYN will need to perform a pelvic exam to determine cause of your difficulty emptying your bladder. In meantime, review your medications (both prescription & OTC & dietary supplements. Some drugs may decrease ability of bladder to contract. Others increase sphincter tone. Ask doc to review everything

MaybeABladderStone: This question is best answered by a Urologist after he has spoken with and then examined you.Three months is just a little to long to have a problem like this, especially in a female.You say you don't think you have an infection. OK,But you sure are a set-up for one.Urine stagnating in the bladder is ripe for bacteria.You could have an anatomic problem or a neurologic problem. Who knows. See a doc
