Urine culture : Painless hematuria or blood in the urine could be a manifestation of bladder cancer. If this were a kidney stone you would probably have flank pain but on occasion it can be painless. A urinary tract infection usually presents with pain on urination. I would suggest getting a urine culture but if it persists a urological workup and cystoscopy may be needed
