It depends...: If by hysterolaparoscopy you mean both hysteroscopy and a laparoscopy, that is often outpatient. Consider the following typical length of stays: hysteroscopy--diagnostic or operative is typically outpatient laparoscopy--diagnostic, for endometriosis, removal of cyst or ovary is typically outpatient. For myomectomy or hysterectomy it is often overnight. Complications or recovery can lengthen stay.
