Hello doc i m suffering from both tube blocked at cornual end now plan for hysterolaproscopy so can i do associated iui a t the same time?

IUI won't work: If both your tubes are really blocked at the cornual ends (where they join the uterus) the IUI won't work as the egg and sperm can't get together. If one or both tubes was in spasm and not truly blocked then you still have a chance. Talk to your doctor - it's probably best to wait to see how your tubes look at the time of surgery before doing iuis.
