What is a soothing remedy for infants with a cast on both legs due to clubbed feet?

Soothing for what?: You do not mention the infant is having any pain. Hopefully, they were not put on too tight. The infant will be curious about them and anyone in a cast feels it to be an annoyance, but I am sure milk in a bottle or some toy would distract the infant enough.
