Probably not: How know iron low? Blood test would identify and iron replacement easy. Generally eyelashes don't fall out. Do have skin condition like rosacea or seborheic dermatitis. Do traumatized them with tweezers or reaction to cosmetics.? Have noticed rash or redness near area.
