I am low thyroid with hasimoto.my doctor only check ft4, tsh.i ask here for ft3,iron,selenium but she told me no.is enough to do nly ft4&tsh?

Thyroid tests yes: your doctor is correct that you need thyroid test to monitor your thyroid function. If there are other medical reasons for the additional testing this would be up to her decision.
