Your description of painful events is not the typical presentation of a brain tumor, and the diagnosis of neuralgia is but one possibility. Another consideration might include a migraine variant. See a neurologist.

Tumor is unlikely. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a neurologist. Wish you good health!
