Pull ups!!!!!!!!!!!!: Make sure you can do pull ups from a dead hang with no kipping. Maximumize the number of pushups and sittups you can perform in a sitting. Run, run, run - with and without a pack. Work on agility, strength and speed. Find some obstacle courses to practice. If you are over the militaryentry level weight - that needs to be tackled asap.
