See below.: I find that following a low-glycemic load diet (eating foods that do not rapidly raise blood sugar), doing 30 to 45 minutes of interval training twice a week and resistance training to tone muscles. The diet will help to not gain more fat and promote burning the fat you have. The interval training will increase your fat burning for hours after you've stopped and toned muscles burn more calories/hr.
