Depends on goals: All depends on goals. Running long distance, cycling, swimming , cross-country skiing ?? Endurance training has different meanings for individuals. Ex. Marathon or Ultra-marathon, etc. What you do is directly related to your goal. Seek out those who are doing what you want to do and investigate.
