Medical school: In the us, a bachelor's degree from a college or university with appropriate pre-medical courses and a good score on the mcat (medical college admission test) are required to be admitted to a 4 year medical school. Passing the 3 parts of the national board exams and completing med school get you an M.D. Degree. You then need to complete at least 3 years in an approved residency.
