Yes, but: Exercise can sometimes increase your vigor. Medications like stimulants, just to decrease the amount of sleep you need, are not healthy for you. Such medications must be used under physician supervision.

Sleep less?: It is not advisable, but if you need for work or school related duties for a short period of time, drinking coffee late, using alarm then use coffee in morning might be tried.
